Marsh Dairy Products is a 100% Australian Owned Private Company. The Company was founded in the 1930’s by Edwin Charles Marsh as a Dairy Products Wholesaling business located in Flinders lane Melbourne The Company primarily sold Cheese and Butter to the route trade. During the early 1950’s Edwin’s son Geoff joined the Company. Geoff developed a natural flair for the Dairy Industry and soon the Company was packing cheese with the first fully automated cheese packing machine in Australia. Geoff quickly gained respect in the tight knitted Dairy Industry and this has enabled the Company to weather big changes in the Industry and under his stewardship the Company has flourished. Nowadays the founder’s grandson, Robert Marsh, is continuing the family tradition of supplying quality Australian Dairy Produce throughout Australia and Overseas. Constantly monitoring the latest trends in innovation and technology Robert has been able to maximise quality and evolve with the latest trends. Marsh Dairy Products offers the wholesaling and distribution of Dairy Products and packaging of cheese from an export-grade facility in Footscray, an inner suburb of Melbourne. The company supplies both large and small supermarkets and foodservice customers as well as Australian and multi-national Industrial users of bulk Dairy Ingredients.
